I moved into a home in Gilbert that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years, and was scared of what might be in the ducts after seeing the layer of grunge on the air filter. I called A-Z Air Duct in Phoenix, immediately to take care of that. Mike and Jacob arrived on time and set to work. They were engaging and didn’t mind my questions. They showed me before and after pictures of the vents, cleaned everything thoroughly, including vent covers and cleaned up beautifully. In short, they did a fabulous job and were very engaging to work with. In fact, Jacob gave me pointers on keeping up my wood floors! I’ll definitely put duct cleaning on my calendar and hope these two are still on the job next year.

Being in the medical business I have tried many decongestants and antihistamines, but nothing helped control my allergies. Ironically, it was always worth at night time and at HOME! I heard that cleaning your air duct can help with allergies and at this point how much money I already spent on allergy medication, was definitely worth trying cleaning my air duct. Very happy with the service we received from A-Z AIR DUCT. The staff showed up on time for our scheduled appointment did a walk-thru with me and explained exactly what they were going to do. After the walk-thru, they got to work and did a great job cleaning our ductwork and dryer vent. I was happy that when all was said and done my ducts were clean.

Today, we had our home air duct system cleaned and we also purchased the lifetime filters for our home. Alex and his crew (Joe/Sam/Leon) were beyond exceptional. They worked to not only make our system clean but were so careful to protect our furniture from any residual dust from the cleaning process. They continually cleaned areas they had completed to confirm it was clean and free of dust.

I just experienced the most comprehensive air duct and return cleaning by A-Z Air Duct! Your agents, Jeff and Brian could not have been more pleasant, professional and thorough. I live in a home built in the early 70’s and found out my returns have never been serviced. The insulation inside the a/c elbow on the roof was disintegrating and blowing a lot of old bubble wrap particles out most vents in our house. We also had a loud rattle which we couldn’t quite pinpoint. A-Z Air Duct sent technicians out with a snake camera and along with our a/c company, found the problem. Once the elbow was replaced we had them come back to clean all the ducts. We are completely satisfied with the service provided by A-Z Air Duct. Technicians Jeff and Jeremy were early to the appointment, detailed their work prior to starting, explained every step, took before and after photos and left all ducts very clean. I was given a referral card by our a/c company which gave a summer special promotion price per duct and they honored it even though that special was over. I definitely would recommend this company.
